We may update these terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to check this page for changes. This Agreement is a legal contract between you (“User”) and SportBex (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you use the Services for a business, you must have authority to agree on its behalf. If not, do not use the Services.
Accounts are personal and cannot be shared. Multiple accounts to bypass plan limits are not allowed.
All data comes from our partners. You can use it for apps, websites, fantasy games, or other projects, but reselling the data or using it illegally is prohibited. If unsure, contact us by email. As outlined in our Terms of Service, we may block or suspend accounts for non-payment, misuse of data, or breaking these terms.
Accounts and membership
When you create an account on SportBex, you are responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity under your account. We may review new accounts, but we are not required to do so. Providing false information may lead to account termination.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your actions.
We may suspend, disable, or delete your account if you violate these terms or act in a way that harms our reputation. If your account is deleted for these reasons, you cannot create a new account, and we may block your email or IP address to prevent further registration.
Links to Other Resources and Agreement
The Website and Services may contain links to other websites, apps, or resources, but this does not imply approval, endorsement, or affiliation with those resources unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of any third-party resources. You should review the terms and policies of any site you visit through these links. Accessing such resources is at your own risk.
We may update this Agreement or its terms for the Website and Services at any time. Changes take effect when the updated version is posted. Your continued use of the Website and Services following the changes indicates that you accept the new terms.
By using the services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Website or Services.
Service & Data
Our servers are professionally maintained, but we cannot guarantee that data will always be available or updated. The data is provided as is and may contain errors, since it comes from both automatic feeds and humans. We do our best to keep it accurate, and you can report any mistakes, but missing or incorrect data is not a reason for a refund.
You do not have a license to use or publish the data on apps, websites, or other products without permission. Some sports data may have rights or restrictions from leagues or organizers, and it is your responsibility to get the proper approvals.
Using our data for betting, TV, fantasy sports, or mass media may need extra licenses. We are not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use.
We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages caused by using or losing access to our services and data.
Data update times in our documents are estimates and may change depending on the sport or event.
Our Private Policy also covers interruptions caused by events beyond our control, like internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, or legal restrictions. During such events, our obligations are temporarily paused.
Subscription
You can subscribe to our API in two ways:
- Directly on our dashboard (Sportbex.com/dashboard);
- RapidAPI, which is an API marketplace. If you use RapidAPI, you need to create an account there, and they handle your access and payments.
The API data is the same no matter which subscription method you choose .Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation rules may differ depending on how you subscribe.
Plans & Payments
We offer different subscription plans with varying features and limits. You must pay for the plan you choose, and payment terms depend on the subscription method (direct or via RapidAPI).
Plans are billed according to the schedule shown during subscription (monthly, yearly, etc.). You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
We may change prices or plan features at any time, but changes will not affect subscriptions you have already paid for.
Refunds are generally not provided, except where required by law or specific agreements.
Overages
Subscription via SportBex Dashboard:
If you subscribe to our API or services through the SportBex dashboard, your account has a daily quota limit. Once you reach this limit, your account will be temporarily suspended for the rest of the day. You can check your usage and remaining quota anytime through your dashboard or by using the status endpoint.
It is your responsibility to monitor your usage to avoid exceeding your quota. Overages are not allowed directly, and no refund will be provided for exceeding the daily or monthly limits.
Subscription via RapidAPI (if applicable):
If you access SportBex services through RapidAPI, an overage occurs when you go beyond your plan’s quota. You must track your API usage through the RapidAPI dashboard. Overages allow continued access until you upgrade your plan, but costs incurred are non-refundable. Suspicious or abusive activity may result in temporary suspension of access.
Monitoring usage and staying within plan limits ensures fair access and service quality for all SportBex users.
Upgrade/Downgrade API Plans
Subscription via RapidAPI.com:
- If you need more or fewer API calls, you must unsubscribe from your current plan and subscribe to a new one.
Subscription via SportBex Dashboard:
- You can change your plan directly in the dashboard anytime.
- Upgrading updates your plan and daily request limits immediately; your subscription end date stays the same.
- You only pay the difference between the new and old plan, minus what you already used.
- Any discounts from your current plan are applied to the upgrade price.
- Upgrades are final; downgrading to a smaller plan is not allowed.
Updating API Pricing Plans:
- SportBex may update pricing plans occasionally.
- Your current plan stays the same to protect your agreed terms.
- To switch to the latest plan, you must unsubscribe from your current plan and then subscribe to the new one.
Cancellation
Subscription via RapidAPI.com:
- You can cancel anytime. Billing stops for the next cycle, but your access ends immediately.
- Paid amounts are non-refundable; you must pay for the month already started.
Subscription via SportBex Dashboard:
- Access to services is granted immediately upon payment.
- All subscriptions are final. No cancellation or refund is possible, regardless of plan length.
Availability of Data
- We try to provide data for all games, but availability may vary by competition.
- You can check available data in the coverage tab on the website or through the API (leagues endpoint).
- A Free Plan is automatically activated when registering, giving limited access to all APIs and endpoints.
- SportBex may modify the Free Plan or data availability at any time without notice.
Data, Logos & Images
- Logos, images, and trademarks are for identification only (teams, leagues, players, venues) and are free to use.
- SportBex does not claim ownership of visual assets.
- Some content may be protected by third-party rights (leagues, federations, clubs).
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for use in your apps, websites, or products.
- SportBex is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by any league, federation, or brand featured in the data.
Unauthorized use of logos or images is the user’s responsibility.
